Have you ever had a dam in your artistic flow? 

When no matter how hard you try you just can't get it from your head to your hands. Don't get  frustrated just "Put the glue, paint or fabric aside and try something completely unrelated to what you're trying to create. Start to doodle, don't draw anything just allow the pen to move around the paper, now change colors and switch to the other hand. Yup, it's going to feel awkward and weird and difficult but lean in. I always find this simple method helps relax my mind and unblocks the dam of my artistic flow. Give it a try.
